Jacob Lee Hambleton, served with ANV and the 19th Virginia regiment, company G, and was involved with Picket's charge at Gettysburg. He was captured at the angle there and then sent to Ft. Delaware as a POW. His three other brothers also fought for the Confederacy, Peter and James in the same company as Jacob, and Augustus H. Hambleton with Monroe's Battery, all from Virginia.
